210Walking along the coast, in Pescadero there were these cool rocks eroded by the tide.

Tide Pool

134This tide pool was full of hermit crabs, kelp and small sea anemones. I watched the lil’ orange hermit crab crawl and get swept around by the tide pool.

At first glance (see yesterday’s photo) I thought this was a rock covered in barnacles. I moved closer to it and realized that the rock was covered with small sea anemones.
