Martis Peak Overlook
There’s a old dirt forest road on the Northshore of Tahoe. If you walk along the trail by the meadow of Mule Ears you’ll come to this overlook. High above Lake Tahoe is this beautiful vista.
Bright Mule Ears
Bight yellow flowers of the Mule Ears rustle in the wind. The leaves of Mule Ears are covered with soft white matted hairs.
Sulfur Flowers at Martis Peak

Night on the Lake
Taken from the rocks just below the Sand Harbor Overlook trail. In the distance, the lights from Incline Village. I use my headlamp to light paint the boulders at waters edge.
Out of the Granite
Went exploring around Meyers (near South Lake Tahoe) and these tree limbs were protruding from the granite.
