Took the long way home via HWY 108 from Nevada through Sonora, CA. This is Leavitt Meadow and the Walker River below.
Cool Spot in the Slot
This is near Mono Lake, CA. Went out there last fall with the pups. Here’s my dog resting in one of the cool slots
Fallen
I took this shot last Fall at Crater of the Moon in Idaho. This fallen tree had probably stood for a long time. It probably was anchored for another few years before it finally toppled. But, even after it fell it made for a good shot.
Hibiscus
It’s officially Spring, so I thought a beautiful Hibiscus would be a good picture for the day. Taken last October at Mount Vernon, Washington DC
